I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Poonsatta at Vejthani Hospital. She performed my hysterectomy with massive fibroid removal and handled a bladder complication, and throughout the entire process, she was incredibly compassionate, trustworthy, and thorough.
Dr. Poonsatta has this amazing energy and personality that instantly puts you at ease. Her English is perfect, which made it so much easier to understand every part of my procedure. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions with patience. It was clear that she double-checked everything and genuinely cared about my well-being.
We flew all the way from Virginia, USA, to Bangkok because we heard such great things about Vejthani Hospital, and they did not disappoint. Dr. Poonsatta and her team were exceptional. Thinking about the care I received brings me to tears—I’m so thankful that she decided to become a surgeon. It’s obvious that this is her true calling.
