Dr. Siwat helped me twice. The first time was a major leg bruise and infection requiring three surgeries…the last a skin transplant. The second time was for a sever open infection on my leg. Both times his medical knowledge and skill were apparent and my conditions were resolved completely. In addition, he was patient with questions and gave good explanations about my condition and plans for treatment. One of the best doctors I have ever encountered!

I had to undergo facial stitches due to an accident. Initially, I was very worried since the wound was on my face and it was quite deep and large. However, the doctor was calm and carefully explained everything that had happened and the treatment plan. My wound was deep and had a high chance of becoming raised or forming a keloid scar. The doctor called it a “trapdoor scar.” He recommended that I undergo surgery and have the wound stitched using a Z-plasty technique, which would result in minimal scarring and a smooth blend with the surrounding skin. Now, six months later, I am very satisfied with the treatment. Throughout this period, the doctor has been attentive and caring, answering all my questions without any sign of impatience. I would like to thank him for taking such good care of me until my facial wound has fully healed.
