I saw Dr. Monchai Leesombatpaiboon for the results of a breast biopsy, which was understandably a very stressful time for me. The doctor reviewed my prior imaging and biopsy locations, but when it came to the actual diagnosis, he handed me the pathology report and instructed me to read it myself.

I have never experienced a physician delivering biopsy results in such a manner. It was only after I read the report—confused and anxious—that the doctor confirmed the results were negative for cancer. The manner in which it was communicated was insensitive and unprofessional. The experience caused me unnecessary distress, and I can only imagine how much worse it would have felt if the results had been positive for cancer.

I had surgery to remove two breast tumors, and everything went very well and safely.

The doctor is truly skilled, caring, and encouraging throughout the whole process.
