THE IMPORTANCE OF ANNUAL HEALTH CHECKUP
The purpose of annual health checkup is to find the risk factors of diseases and to help us screen the diseases when we are still healthy in order to adjust the ways we take care of ourselves, such as eating behavior, exercise, or getting enough sleep by the experienced specialist’s advice.
Recommendations:
- The customer who is going to undergo the health checkup needs to avoid drinking and eating for 8 – 12 hours before the checkup.
- Woman who is going to undergo the health checkup shall come after 7 – 10 days of the menstrual period.
- The customer is able to take your medicine as usual, except for diabetic medicine.
