Important Notice: Scheduled Destruction of Medical Records at Vejthani Hospital in 2023

Vejthani Hospital would like to inform you about the upcoming process of destroying medical record files, including X-ray films, medical reports, and heart ultrasound reports of patients who have not been in contact with the hospital for over 10 years. Medical records of inpatients and outpatients from 2013 will be subject to removal from our hospital data.
