Vejthani Hospital would like to announce that the hospital will proceed with the annual destruction of Medical history, X-Ray film, and Cardiac – Ultrasound report of the out-patients who lost connection with Vejthani Hospital for over 5 years since January 1 st , 2015 until June 30 th , 2020, and the in-patients who lost connection with Vejthani Hospital for over 10 years since January 1 st , 2010 until June 30 the , 2020.
If you would like to keep your medical history, X-Ray film, and Cardiac – Ultrasound report, please contact Vejthani Hospital’s Medical Record Department or call +66(0)2-734-0000 ext. 2094, 4418 within August 14 th , 2020, otherwise the medical history, X-Ray film, and Cardiac – Ultrasound report will be destroyed.
