Vejthani International Hospital would like to inform you about the upcoming process of destroying medical record files, including X-ray films, medical reports, and echocardiogram of patients who have not been in contact with the hospital for over 10 years. Medical records of outpatients from 2015 will be subject to removal from our hospital data.
For those who wish to retain their medical records, including X-ray films, medical reports, and echocardiogram, please contact our Medical Record Division at Vejthani International Hospital, call 0-2734-0000 Ext. 2092-2094. Please make sure to get in touch with us before November 25, 2025. Any records that are not claimed within this timeframe will be securely destroyed.
