If you would like to keep your medical history, X-Ray film, and Cardiac – Ultrasound report, kindly contact Vejthani Hospital’s Medical Record Department or call +66(0)2-734-0000 ext. 2092, 2094 within August 17th, 2021, otherwise the medical history, X-Ray film, and Cardiac – Ultrasound report will be destroyed
