พูดจาไม่ดีใส่อารมณ์ อธิบายได้แย่ บางฮอร์โมนต้องตรวจตอนเช้าแต่วันนั้นไปช่วงบ่ายก็บอกว่ามาทำไมเวลานี้แต่วันนั้นคือไปพบครั้งแรก แทนที่จะแจ้งนัดวันอื่นแทน แต่ทำน้ำเสียงหงุดหงิดใส่คนไข้ ไม่อยากให้แม้แต่ 1 ดาวเลย
