My father has diabetes and a wound infection, and we visited the hospital for an MRI and treatment. The doctors were incredibly kind, sincere, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. What truly touched me was how they personally replied to my follow-up emails with care and patience — it showed how much they genuinely care for their patients’ well-being. We’re deeply grateful for their compassion and dedication.
