On June 6, 2007 I underwent MIS surgery to have a Right Hip Replacement at Vejthani Hospital, Dr. Viroj being the main surgeon. The surgery went well and the post operative care by Dr. Viroj and Dr. Paiboon was excellent. The nursing staff on the 10th floor of the Grand Wing was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. On the second day after surgery, physio therapy started. All the therapists are well trained and know their business. This was the most valuable part of recuperation. I was extremely pleased to be walking without any kind of aid about 4 days after the operation. With twice daily physiotherapy, I moved a little better every day. My experience at Vejthani hospital was a very positive one, facilitated by the help of Hyder, Hannes and Sam at the International Counter.
