For any kind of dental treatment, please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact the Customer Service Desk on the ground floor or go to the Front Desk of the Dental Clinic on the 2nd floor and register your information such as full name, date of birth, address, telephone number etc.

2. Wait for a General Practitioner Dentist to examine you, explain your problem to him/her, have a dental x-ray and get diagnosed.

3. The GP Dentist will then refer you to a specialist depending on your problem & diagnosis, and tell you about the best possible treatment, price and time involved.

4. Either start the treatment on the same day or on the following day under the supervision of a specialist and complete the treatment and follow up as suggested.

5. For every dental treatment: please be informed that in case you suffer from any underlying dental disease (such as gum inflammation, infection, calculus or teeth discoloration etc.) you must treat your dental diseases before you can start your desired treatment (like crowning, veneer, implant etc.). Please make sure you have at least 2 to 6 weeks or even more available time to treat your underlying dental diseases. You can start your desired dental treatment once your underlying dental problems are fully healed.

6. Regarding your desired dental treatment (like crowning, veneer, implant etc.) the duration of treatment depends on the current condition of your teeth and the dentist’s evaluation. So it could take about 2 weeks to 4 weeks to complete your desired treatment.

7. For implants, you need a follow-up 3 to 4 months after the procedure and you may need to stay in Bangkok at that time about 2 weeks to complete the implant procedure.

8. For bone graft, you need a follow-up about 8 months after the procedure and you may need to stay in Bangkok at that time about 2 weeks to complete the bone graft procedure.
